Pinewood Derby...

Yikes...who knew the kids activites could take so much time. Last weekend we had Matthew's Boy Scout Pinewood Derby. Then next weekend is the Indian Princess pinewood Derby and the following is the Indian Guide one...

Alfedo and the kids are busily working on the cars. (I hate to add up the sum of all the expenses for these wooden cars.)

Boy Scouts

Matthew joined Boy Scouts this year. Actually he joined at the end of last year, but we didn't do any activities until this year. We went to the zoo with the Pack and had a canned food drive. He's done flag ceremony several tims so far this year.

Trip to Modesto

A couple of weeks ago I drove up to my dad's house and then out to Modesto to visit with Megan and her boys. I didn't remember Modesto being so cute. We had a nice mellow weekend with them. It was nice they put up with all of us.

First Haircut

Andrew went to the barber for the first time on Wednesday and got a haircut...or more accurately he got cleaned up. I say this, since he really didn't have much hair to cut. He was looking like a ragga-muffin.

Surf Camp

Laurel got to go to Surf Camp with her cousins, Justin and Ryan, this year. They seemed to really enjoy it!!! And it was fun for her to spend time with the boys!!!

Lake Tahoe

So, in June we had our annual Cully Lake Tahoe trip!!! We went to a new house and it was beautiful. It also had enough room for everyone.
